利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「Hiatari（日当たり）」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. 計算結果の利用について（重要）
本アプリの計算は、3D都市データに基づく参考情報です。計算に含まれるのは建物の影だけで、樹木・塀・庇（ひさし）・新しい建物は含まれません。物件の契約のご判断は、現地でのご確認とあわせて行ってください。
本アプリは、指定した地点の周辺建物が落とす影と、その窓に直射日光が入る時間帯を計算する道具です。計算対象は建物の影に限られ、樹木・塀・庇・データ年度以降に建った新しい建物などの影は反映されません。冬季は太陽の高度が低く、周囲の影の影響が大きくなるため、結果には注意事項を付記し、南側の障害物の確認を促す表示を行います。「今日」の結果は、実際の窓の外の影と見比べて、精度をご自身で確かめられる設計としています。入力（地点・階・窓の向き・障害物の配置）の妥当性と、結果の解釈は、お客様ご自身の判断と現地での確認によるものとします。
3. データの出典（PLATEAU）について
本アプリは、国土交通省 Project PLATEAUの3D都市モデル（建築物モデル）を加工して利用しています。データ年度は物件画面に表示します。整備されていないエリアでは、建物の影は計算せず、太陽の軌道のみを表示します。
3D都市データは整備された時点の状態を表すため、その後に建てられた建物や、取り壊された建物は反映されないことがあります。各物件の画面には対象エリアのデータ年度を表示し、新しい建物が反映されていない可能性がある旨を示します。住所検索の候補には、そのエリアが「建物の影に対応」か「太陽の軌道のみ」かを示すバッジを表示します。
4. Free と Pro（課金・購入）
- Free（無料）の範囲: 物件を1件登録でき、その物件の「今日」の結果カード（この窓に直射が入る時間帯・次に陽が入る/消える時刻）と、当日分の影地図、冬季チェックフローの体験をご利用いただけます。今日の結果は、現地での答え合わせにそのままお使いいただけます。
- Pro（買い切り）: 非消耗型の「Hiatari Pro」（プロダクトID
hiatari.pro.lifetime）を¥800 / $4.99でご提供します。冬至・年間の陽の入り方、物件の登録数無制限、2物件の比較、日照サマリーの共有画像の書き出し、履歴・メモの無制限保持がご利用いただけます。サブスクリプション（自動更新）ではありません。一度のお支払いで、以後の追加請求は発生しません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。 - 購入の復元: 「設定」から「購入を復元」をタップしてください。Proは非消耗型のため、同じApple Accountであれば、機種変更後や再インストール後も復元できます。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
5. プライバシー
本アプリは、位置情報の権限を使わず、いかなる個人データも当方に送信しません。すべての計算は端末内で完結します（建物データタイルの取得についてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 担保の否認
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わず、本アプリに関するいかなる担保もいたしません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、および計算結果が実際の日当たりと一致することを、当方はお約束するものではありません。計算は建物の影のみを対象とする参考情報であり、樹木・塀・庇・新しい建物・天候・室内の間取り等の要因は反映されません。計算結果の利用に関しては、第2条をあわせてご確認ください。
7. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる損失（計算結果に基づく物件選び・契約・引越しに関連する損失を含みます）について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
8. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。

Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of Hiatari ("Hiatari," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hiatari on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Use of Calculation Results (Important)
The app's calculations are reference information based on 3D city data. Only building shadows are included; trees, walls, eaves, and new buildings are not. Please make any decision about a property together with your own confirmation on site.
The app is a tool that computes the shadows cast by nearby buildings around a point you choose, and the time bands in which direct sunlight reaches that window. Its scope is limited to building shadows; shadows from trees, walls, eaves, and buildings constructed after the data year are not reflected. In winter the sun sits lower and surrounding shadows have a larger effect, so results carry a cautionary note and prompt you to check obstacles to the south. The "today" result is designed so that you can compare it against the actual shadows outside your window and confirm the accuracy yourself. The validity of your inputs (point, floor, window direction, obstacle placement) and the interpretation of results are your own responsibility to judge and confirm on site.
3. Data Source (PLATEAU)
This app uses 3D city models (building models) from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Project PLATEAU, processed for use. The data year is shown on each property screen. In areas that are not covered, the app does not compute building shadows and shows only the sun's path.
Because 3D city data represents the state at the time it was prepared, buildings constructed or demolished afterward may not be reflected. Each property screen shows the data year for that area and indicates that newer buildings may not be reflected. Address search candidates carry a badge showing whether the area is "building-shadow supported" or "sun path only."
4. Free and Pro (Purchases)
- Free: You can register one property and use its "today" result card (the time bands of direct sun on that window; when the sun next arrives or leaves), the shadow map for the current day, and the winter check flow. The today result is ready to use for confirmation on site.
- Pro (one-time): The non-consumable "Hiatari Pro" (product ID
hiatari.pro.lifetime) is offered at ¥800 / $4.99. It provides winter-solstice and year-round sunlight, unlimited properties, side-by-side comparison of two properties, exporting a sunlight-summary share image, and unlimited history and notes. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. A single payment, with no further charges afterward. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. - Restoring purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" under Settings. Because Pro is non-consumable, it can be restored with the same Apple Account after switching devices or reinstalling.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Privacy
Hiatari uses no location permission and sends no personal data to us; all calculation happens on your device (see the Privacy Policy regarding the fetching of building-data tiles). See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will match the actual sunlight. The calculation is reference information covering building shadows only, and does not reflect factors such as trees, walls, eaves, new buildings, weather, or interior layout. See Section 2 regarding the use of calculation results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app (including losses related to choosing a property, entering a contract, or moving based on the results). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
