対応エリアはどこですか？

本アプリは、国土交通省 Project PLATEAUで3D都市データが整備されたエリアを中心に、周辺建物の影を計算します。住所を検索すると、候補ごとに「建物の影に対応」か「太陽の軌道のみ」かを示すバッジが表示されるので、そのエリアが対応しているかを事前に確認できます。各物件の画面には、対象エリアのデータ年度も表示します。整備が進むにつれて対応エリアは広がっていきます。

「今日の影の答え合わせ」はどう使いますか？

これは、本アプリの精度をご自身で確かめるための、いちばん大切な使い方です。

• まず、内見する物件の住所・階・窓の向きを入れて、「今日」の結果カードを開きます。「この窓に直射が入る時間帯」と「次に陽が入る/消える時刻」が表示されます。
• その物件にいるとき、または近くにいるときに、いま外を見て、窓に当たっている影や日なたが、カードの通りになっているかを見比べてください。
• 今日の結果が現実と合っていることを確かめられれば、同じ計算で出す冬至・年間の陽の入り方（Pro）にも納得して進めます。

「今日」の結果はFreeでフルにお使いいただけます。まずは答え合わせで、精度をご自身の目で確かめてください。

影が実際と違う気がします（障害物の補正）

本アプリが計算するのは建物の影だけです。樹木・塀・庇（ひさし）・データ年度以降に建った新しい建物は、そのままでは反映されません。そのため、実際より「陽が入る」と出ることがあります。冬の結果を開くと、次の3つの質問が表示されます。

• 南側の5m以内に塀や隣の家はありますか？
• 10m以内に木はありますか？
• 20m以内に新しい建物はありますか？

「はい」を選ぶと、既定の寸法の障害物が地図上に配置されます。それをドラッグして実際の位置に合わせると、影が再計算されます。現地で見た影に近づくよう調整してください。設定した障害物は物件ごとに保存されます。

検索したエリアが「太陽の軌道のみ」と出ました

そのエリアはまだ3D都市データが整備されていないため、建物の影は計算できません。この場合、本アプリは太陽の軌道（一日の陽の道すじ）のみを表示し、その旨を画面に明示します。建物による日影は分かりませんが、方位に対する陽の当たり方の目安として、ご参考にお使いいただけます。対応エリアは、住所検索の候補のバッジで事前に見分けられます。

冬の結果に注意書きが出るのはなぜですか？

冬は太陽の高度が低く、周囲の建物や障害物の影の影響が大きくなります。そのため冬季の結果には、条件にかかわらず注意事項を付記し、南側の障害物（塀・隣家・樹木・新しい建物）の確認を促す表示を行っています。計算は建物の影のみを対象とする参考情報です。冬の日当たりが特に気になる物件では、現地でのご確認とあわせてお使いください。

購入の復元はどうすればいいですか？

「設定」から「購入を復元」をタップしてください。Hiatari Proは非消耗型（買い切り）のため、同じApple Accountであれば、機種変更後や再インストール後も復元できます。購入したはずのProが反映されないときは、まず端末がそのApple Accountでサインインしているかをご確認のうえ、「購入を復元」をお試しください。それでも反映されない場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

Free と Pro は何が違いますか？

Free（無料）では、物件を1件登録でき、その物件の「今日」の結果カード・当日分の影地図・冬季チェックフローの体験がご利用いただけます。今日の結果はフルに使え、現地での答え合わせにそのままお使いいただけます。
Pro（買い切り・¥800 / $4.99）にすると、冬至・年間の陽の入り方、物件の登録数無制限、2物件の比較、日照サマリーの共有画像の書き出し、履歴・メモの無制限保持がご利用いただけます。サブスクリプションではなく、一度のお支払いで以後の追加請求はありません。

データの出典と、位置情報について教えてください

影の計算には、国土交通省 Project PLATEAUの3D都市モデル（建築物モデル）を加工して利用しています。データ年度は物件画面に表示します。
本アプリは位置情報の権限（現在地の取得）を使いません。地点は住所検索と地図タップだけで指定します。アカウントも解析もなく、入力や結果が当方に送信されることはありません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

返金してほしいのですが。

決済・返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱っており、当方側で直接返金することはできません。Appleのreportaproblem.apple.comから返金をお申し出ください。

Which areas are supported?

Hiatari computes nearby-building shadows mainly in areas where 3D city data has been prepared under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Project PLATEAU. When you search an address, each candidate shows a badge indicating whether it is "building-shadow supported" or "sun path only," so you can check coverage in advance. Each property screen also shows the data year for that area. Coverage grows as more data is prepared.

How do I use "today's shadow check"?

This is the most important way to confirm the app's accuracy for yourself.

• Enter the property's address, floor, and window direction and open the "today" result card. It shows the time bands of direct sun on that window and when the sun next arrives or leaves.
• While you are at or near the property, look outside now and compare the actual shadow and sunlight on the window against the card.
• Once you have confirmed that today's result matches reality, you can proceed with confidence to the winter-solstice and year-round sunlight (Pro) produced by the same calculation.

The "today" result is fully available in Free. Start with the shadow check and see the accuracy with your own eyes.

The shadow looks different from reality (obstacle correction)

Hiatari computes building shadows only. Trees, walls, eaves, and buildings constructed after the data year are not reflected by default, so the app can show "sun reaches here" when in reality it does not. When you open the winter result, three questions appear:

• Is there a wall or neighboring house within 5 m to the south?
• Is there a tree within 10 m?
• Is there a new building within 20 m?

Choosing "yes" places an obstacle of default size on the map. Drag it to the actual position and the shadow is recalculated. Adjust it toward the shadow you saw on site. Obstacles you set are saved per property.

The area I searched shows "sun path only"

That area does not yet have 3D city data, so building shadows cannot be computed. In this case the app shows only the sun's path (the sun's route across the day) and states this clearly on screen. You cannot see building shade, but you can use it as a rough guide to how sunlight falls relative to direction. Coverage can be told in advance from the badge on address-search candidates.

Why does the winter result carry a cautionary note?

In winter the sun sits lower and the shadows of surrounding buildings and obstacles have a larger effect. So winter results carry a cautionary note regardless of conditions and prompt you to check obstacles to the south (walls, neighboring houses, trees, new buildings). The calculation is reference information covering building shadows only. For a property whose winter sunlight especially matters, please use it together with your own confirmation on site.

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap "Restore Purchases" under Settings. Because Hiatari Pro is non-consumable (one-time), it can be restored with the same Apple Account after switching devices or reinstalling. If a Pro purchase isn't reflected, first confirm the device is signed in with that Apple Account, then try "Restore Purchases." If it still doesn't appear, contact us below.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free lets you register one property and use its "today" result card, the shadow map for the current day, and the winter check flow. The today result is fully usable and ready for confirmation on site.
Pro (one-time, ¥800 / $4.99) adds winter-solstice and year-round sunlight, unlimited properties, side-by-side comparison of two properties, exporting a sunlight-summary share image, and unlimited history and notes. It is not a subscription — a single payment, with no further charges.

What is the data source, and does the app use my location?

Shadow calculation uses 3D city models (building models) from Project PLATEAU, MLIT Japan, processed for use. The data year is shown on each property screen.
The app does not use location permission (it does not obtain your current position). You choose a point only by address search and map tap. There is no account and no analytics, and your inputs and results are never sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple; we cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
