プライバシーポリシー
概要
Hiatari（日当たり）は、位置情報の権限を使わず、アカウントも解析も持たず、いかなる個人データも当方に送信しません。入力した住所・階・窓の向き、指定した地点、計算結果、物件メモやチェックリストは、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで処理・保存されます。当方は分析用のサーバーを持たず、あなたのデータが当方に送られる先そのものが存在しません。
データはお使いのiPhoneの中に保存されます。お客様が端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、そのアプリのデータは、端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはお使いの端末とApple IDの設定によるものであり、当方がその内容に触れることはありません。
1. 位置情報について
本アプリは、位置情報の権限（現在地の取得）を一切要求しません。地点の指定は、住所の文字検索と地図のタップだけで行います。GPSやコンパスによる現在地の取得は行いません。窓の向きは、お客様が「南向き・南東・角部屋」などから選ぶか、方角の数値を入力する形で指定します（端末のコンパスを使う場面はありません）。
2. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- 入力・結果は端末の外に出ません。住所・階・窓の向き、地点、計算結果、物件メモ、チェックリスト、比較の内容は、すべてお使いのiPhone内でのみ処理・保持されます。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティの解析SDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるHiatariのAppプライバシー表示は「データを収集しません（Data Not Collected）」です。
3. 建物データタイルの取得（通信）について
周辺の建物の影を計算するために、本アプリは、指定した地点の周辺メッシュに対応するコンパクトな建物データタイルを静的ホスティングから取得します。この通信について、次のとおりお約束します。
- 送信されるのは、地図のメッシュ番号を含むファイルのパスのみです。氏名・アカウント・端末を特定する識別子・現在地は送信しません（そもそも取得していません）。
- 取得したタイルは端末内にキャッシュされ、同じエリアの再取得を減らします。オフラインでも、一度取得済みのエリアは表示できます。
- 配信基盤は、アクセスログにIPアドレスやURLを保存しない、または短期間で自動的に破棄する運用を採用条件としています。この条件を満たせない基盤は採用しません。
- 当方は、この通信を通じてお客様の閲覧内容を受け取ったり、プロファイルを作成したりすることはありません。
住所の文字検索には、iOS標準の地図サービス（MapKit）を利用します。この検索はAppleの仕組みを通じて処理され、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。当方はその内容を受け取りません。
4. データの保存場所について
物件、地点、窓の向き、障害物の配置、メモ、チェックリスト、計算履歴などのデータは、お使いのiPhone内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。これらが当方に送信されることはありません。前述のとおり、端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合は、これらのデータが端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはiOSの標準的な仕組みであり、当方が関与するものではありません。
5. 課金について
Hiatariの購入（Proの買い切り）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、その状態を端末内（Keychain）に記録するのみです。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
6. お子様のプライバシー
Hiatariは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
Hiatari uses no location permission, has no account and no analytics, and sends none of your personal data to us. The address, floor, and window direction you enter, the point you choose, the results, your property notes and checklists are all processed and stored entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no analytics server, so there is nowhere for that data to go.
Your data is stored on your iPhone. If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, that app data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a function of your device and Apple ID settings; we never have access to its contents.
1. Location
The app never requests location permission and does not obtain your current position. You choose a point only by typing an address to search and by tapping the map. There is no GPS or compass reading of your whereabouts. Window direction is set by choosing an option such as "south-facing / south-east / corner unit," or by entering a bearing value — the device compass is not used.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, store, or process any personal or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Hiatari.
- Your inputs and results never leave your device. Address, floor, window direction, points, results, property notes, checklists, and comparisons are processed and held only on your iPhone.
- No tracking. Hiatari contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Hiatari contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party analytics of any kind.
Accordingly, Hiatari's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
3. Fetching Building-Data Tiles (Networking)
To compute the shadows of nearby buildings, the app fetches compact building-data tiles for the surrounding map mesh from static hosting. Regarding this networking, we commit to the following:
- What is sent is only a file path containing the map mesh code. No name, account, device-identifying identifier, or current location is sent (we do not obtain them at all).
- Fetched tiles are cached on the device to reduce re-fetching the same area. Areas you have already fetched can be shown offline.
- The hosting is chosen on the condition that it does not retain IP addresses or URLs in access logs, or discards them promptly and automatically. Hosting that cannot meet this condition is not used.
- We do not receive what you view through this networking, and we build no profile of you.
Address text search uses the standard iOS map service (MapKit). That search is handled through Apple's mechanism and is governed by Apple's privacy policy; we do not receive its contents.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Properties, points, window directions, obstacle placements, notes, checklists, and calculation history are stored in the app's private storage on your iPhone. They are never transmitted to us. As noted above, if you have iCloud Backup enabled, this data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a standard iOS function that we are not involved in.
5. Purchases
Purchases in Hiatari (the one-time Pro purchase) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase is valid, and keeps a local record (in the device Keychain) of that status. See the Terms of Use for details on how billing works.
6. Children's Privacy
Because Hiatari collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
